Board-ready in 30 days.

GarageCo runs 10+ garage-door brands, each on its own systems. With a board meeting a month out, Orchard connected 23 sources into one model of the business.

Why GarageCo came to Orchard

Garage Co is a private equity platform that owns and operates garage-door maintenance businesses. Each new acquisition arrived with its own ad accounts, phone system, CRM, and ERP.

The board was meeting in 30 days, and leadership wanted to walk in with one set of numbers for the whole platform.

Each acquisition had brought ad accounts on three platforms, call tracking, a call center on its own phone system, leads in a CRM, and jobs and invoices in an ERP. Each held a piece of the funnel, none the whole thing.

A question as ordinary as “which branches booked the fewest jobs per paid-search dollar last month?” had no single place to answer it. The team could report spending but could not connect it to results, or use it to decide where the next dollar should go.

“We had 10-plus brands, each on its own systems, and a board meeting 30 days out. The Orchard team came in, connected everything, and had us presenting from one set of numbers on day 30. They operated like an extension of our team from the first week, and they still do.”

What we built in 30 days

Over one month, Orchard connected and modeled all 23 sources by brand and branch. A project that conventionally takes six months took 30 days.

Agents handle the work at every step, which is how Orchard delivered in that time. Shared metric definitions let the team answer questions across four systems themselves.

A lead, a booking and a job are each defined once and joined by brand and by branch. Every surface the team uses reads from that one model: scorecards for each brand and branch, Operator for questions that cross sources, agents that watch the numbers, and MCP so the same data shows up in the team’s own AI tools.

What changed

Return on a marketing dollar is now visible by brand, by branch, and by channel. Garage Co has used those results to significantly increase marketing investment in the brands, branches, and channels that pay it back. The team can say why the increase is justified and show the work behind it.

“Working with Orchard has given us deep visibility into marketing performance, across the full funnel, and at every location across 20+ states. This allows us to make data driven investment decisions and aligns leadership and operators around a single, unified set of numbers.”
Adam CmarDirector of Performance Marketing, Garage Co

Marketing, operations and finance now answer their own questions, without hiring a data person or waiting for someone to pull the numbers. These are the kinds of questions they bring to it:

  • “Which call centers are over and under staffed?”
  • “What is our new versus returning lead split?”
  • “How are our different marketing agencies performing?”
  • “Build me a competitive comparison across brands.”
  • “Are our brands running the outbound calling campaigns they should be?”
  • “Is this new lead referral partner performing as expected?”
“Questions that used to take a week of back and forth now take a few minutes. That changes what we bother to ask. We test ideas now, like whether a new lead referral partner is paying off, because checking is cheap.”
